A documentary VR experience about structural violence at Europe’s external borders. A squat is often the only place where people fleeing their homes can find a brief moment of peace. Here, users interact with personal items that tell their stories—stories marked by rejection and brutality at the borders. As the space transforms, real-life footage intrudes into the virtual world, revealing a European reality that often remains hidden but is systematically created. Made in collaboration with Jana Stallein and Film University Babelsberg KONRAD WOLF.
